Functional Test Lead / Analyst

As a Functional Test Lead, you should have strong stakeholder management and communications skills, possess strong testing deliveries background and project management experience.

Your Role

​

• Manage test deliveries independently in functional and non-functional testing focus in SIT and UAT across projects in the Core Banking transformation program.

• Formulation and implementation of testing strategies.

• Experienced in management of testing governance standards and process documentation and adherence.

• Line Management of offshore teams.

• Scope analysis and regression suits building.

• Responsible for test analysis and test exaction of SIT and UAT.

• Responsible for test case design (from scenarios write test cases for T24 Core Banking systems and relevant downstream system covering end-to-end business processes).

• Responsible for test preparation (Test Data, Environment Readiness Test, Data Refresh, Input to Run Plan Input etc.).

• Responsible for manual and automated test executions.

• Responsible for reporting test metrics and MIS reporting.

• Manage the daily defect triage meetings with all stake holders and be a single point of contact for successful test executions.

• Sign-off test results for ”Go Live”.

• End user training and mentoring.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Finance.

• Excellent communication skills, logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong knowledge of QA and testing standards, processes, methodologies, automation tools including Agile.

• 3+ years of testing experience, preferably in T24 Core Banking systems with specialisation in Private Wealth Domain of Tier 1 and 2 Banks.

• Candidate should have very good knowledge on T24 Securities , Credit , Treasury and DX Modules:

• Securities, Corporate Actions, Order and Execution Management, FIX Protocols, and Trade Settlements.

• Knowledge on OTC Derivatives and Structured Products will be an added advantage.

• Strong Private Banking and Wealth Management functional/business experience is highly desirable.

• Managing testing work flows and processes within the banking environment, including off-shore testing team.

• Strong analytical skills and solution driven.

• Proven track record in end to end test deliveries for SIT and UAT.

Desired Skills

• Programming knowledges, to create or enhance other tools that simplify repetitive tasks, again saving testing time e,g. test harnesses.

• Solid technical background in delivery and test automation is highly desirable.
